The CEOI 3rd Open Call closed on 14th November 2009 and proposals are under evaluation.
The CEOI is looking for proposals from consortia of industrial and academic partners, from both the space and non-space sectors, to develop the next generation of Earth observation instrumentation. The majority of the funding will be used for projects which address known near-term flight opportunities. In addition the CEOI will consider ‘seed-corn’ projects which have strong potential for implementation as instrumentation on future EO missions. It should be noted that additional PV funds are required from industrial bidders.
Further details of the Open Call are contained in the 'Announcement of Opportunity' document, which is available here, together with the other bid documents
